My Role
As Lead Producer I was responsible for:

Analyzing production pipeline and scheduling for best efficiencies

Ensure smooth communication between all department leads and project managers

Supported 42 developers to ensure the project stayed on schedule and was delivered on time
The development of Telemancer in Unity was an amazing project that I will not forget. I was surrounded by very talented artists, programmers, and project managers. The game was a huge success for the 4 month time period it was given to produce this game. During its production I lead meetings and was a mediator between our directors and the artist. Of course, with so many amazing individuals. Of course, I could not have done it without my fantastic team of project managers keeping each department full of tasks and the communicating flowing.
I think our biggest problems came in the form of creative differences. Thankfully, I quickly saw those sparks and put them out before they lit flames between departments. Some of our developers were also very ambitious so another big issue we had to overcome as a team was to keep project scope.
